Silicone picking pad -  flexible silicone with different texture on either side, sharp or soft.  

Thread pick 'em disc - designed to mimic pulling out hair. Two different threads.  Polyester and nylon give differing types of "feel".

Natural stone pick 'em disc - polished natural stones that can be squeezed or popped out with fingernails or use the tweezers to extract. 

2 styles of tweezers - pointy tip & pointed slanted tip purposelfully designed to use with either of the pick 'em pads.
